We use connected account information only for the services and functionality authorized by the client.
Clients may disconnect their social media accounts at any time, subject to the functionality provided by the relevant platform.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees for our services will be communicated to the client before work begins or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
Where applicable, services may require advance payment, milestone payments, monthly payments, or other agreed payment arrangements.
Failure to make required payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Project timelines may vary depending on the scope, availability of content, client feedback, revisions, third-party services, and technical requirements.
Additional features or major changes outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.
7. Social Media Marketing
Social media marketing results can depend on many factors, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, competition, content quality, advertising budgets, and platform policies.
We do not guarantee specific numbers of followers, views, likes, engagement, leads, sales, or revenue unless a specific written guarantee has been agreed with the client.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, hosting providers, payment providers, or other technology services.
We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, outages, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of the intellectual property it owned before the project began.
Client-provided content remains the responsibility of the client.
Ownership of custom website designs, source code, graphics, content, and other project deliverables will be determined by the specific agreement between OneProfileOneLink and the client.

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities.
You must not use our systems to distribute content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or the policies of connected platforms.
11. Service Availability
